盐地碱蓬粗提物对小菜蛾的毒杀及拒食作用

Poison and Antifeedant Effect of Crude Extract of Suaeda salsa on Plutella xylostella

[目的]从盐地碱蓬中提取杀虫活性物质。[方法]以小菜蛾作为实验对象,通过蒸馏水和乙醇分别浸泡盐地碱蓬的各部分组织,得到不同组织提取液,测定了各部分组织提取液对小菜蛾的毒性和拒食作用。[结果]盐地碱蓬各部分组织对于小菜蛾都有毒性和拒食作用,其中以茎枝的毒性和拒食作用最佳,用乙醇作为浸泡液的效果要优于蒸馏水。[结论]碱蓬种子和茎分枝提取物对小菜蛾的毒杀拒食作用最高;乙醇提取的比用蒸馏水提取的效果要好。

[Objective] Insect disinfestations substance was extracted from Suaeda salsa. [ Method ] The toxicity and antifeedant effect of the tissue extract from S. salsa on P. xylostella were determined by means of dipping in distilled water or ethanol. [ Result] The results showed that all parts had toxicity and antifeedant effect on diamond-back ninth. The toxicity and antifeedant effect of branch were optimum, and the ethanol soak effect was better than that of distilled water. [ Conclusion] The toxicity and antifeedant effect of seed and branch extracts from S. salsa on P. xylostella were the optimum. Ethanol extraction showed better effect than distilled water extraction.
