摘要
应用透射电镜观察了鳜鱼咽腔中除了味蕾以外的其它细胞的超微结构。结果表明:鳜咽腔表皮中的上皮细胞、粘液细胞及孤立化学感受器的超微结构和其它硬骨鱼的表皮细胞结构极为相似。孤立化学感受器的超微结构和味蕾的感觉细胞的结构也极为相似;鳜鱼咽腔孤立化学感受器极为丰富,是对其味觉功能的一个补偿。
The ultrastructure of the epidermal cells except the taste bulbs in pharynx of Siniperca chuatsi was studied under a transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the ultrastructure of the epithelial cells, mucous cells, and soiltary chemosensory receptors was similar to that of other teleost. The ultrastructure of the solitary chemosensory receptor was similar to that of the gustatory cells in the taste bulbs suggested they have the same chemosensory function. The large amount of solitary chemosensory releptors in the pharynx of Siniperca chuatsi (Basilewsky) might be compensable to gustatory function of the fish.
