摘要
教育的根本任务与核心在于转识成智,在于培养聪明的、自由的、向善的(或者说有爱心的、崇高的)、富有的智慧人。培养智慧人的基本内容是引导学生尊重生命、提升生命意义,引导学生自由思考,引导学生更好地反身与超越,引领学生创造美、欣赏美,引导学生个性化和独特化发展,培养学生的哲学心灵。这些内容的落实需要师生建立民主、开放、质疑与创造并存的生态和谐课堂。
The thesis attempts to convey an educational belief, that is, the essence of higher education is to transfer knowledge into wisdom. The real mission of higher education is to develop students' wisdom by passing knowledge. A well-educated man should be a person who could transfer knowledge into wisdom rather than a person who is simply good at learning books. A well-educated man should have the following characteristics: intelligent, wise, free, kind and rich. University classroom is the place where enables the wisdom growth in a man by passing knowledge.
