摘要
采用白云石配以适量的镁砂熟料和磷酸盐结合剂及复合外加剂研制出了具有较好性能的镁钙质中间包涂料。所研制的涂料经使用表明具有施工性能良好，烘烤时不炸裂，耐侵蚀好，使用后易于解体等特点。
Using dolomite and sinter magnesia clinker as a main material and added with alkali metal phosphate binder and additives,amagnesia-calcia coating material has been developed. This coating material has good properties of painting, slag resistance and good catch capability of alumina and other non-metal impurities in molten metal. No cracks appeared when it is baked.
