聚肌胞微囊对NDV感染鸡α-干扰素及免疫活性的诱导效应

摘要 通过给NDV感染肉鸡口服聚肌胞(Poly I∶C)微囊,检测其体内α-干扰素(IFN-α)、特异性和非特异性免疫功能指标。结果表明:口服型Poly I∶C微囊所呈现的治疗效果与其注射型相同,说明Poly I∶C微囊在内服吸收过程中,受消化道中核苷酸酶降解的程度并不显著;一定剂量范围内,Poly I∶C诱导产生IFN-α的能力与剂量成正比,但超过一定剂量范围(0.2 mg.kg-1)则可能产生抑制;Poly I∶C具有增强机体细胞免疫功能的能力,对体液免疫功能没有明显的调节作用。Poly I∶C微囊抗病毒作用和免疫调节作用可能是一方面通过诱导机体产生IFN-α而降低病毒对机体免疫系统的损害,另一方面则参与调节机体的细胞免疫。 To evaluate anti-virus effect of Poly I∶C microcapsule,IFN-α level,the specific and non-specific immune indicators were detected in Newcastle disease virus(NDV) infected broilers after oral administration of Poly I∶C microcapsule.The results showed that the therapeutic efficacy of Poly I∶C Microcapsule was similar to that of Poly I∶C injection,which indicated that nucleinase in digestive tract did not show obvious effect on the degradation of Poly I∶C microcapsule during absorption.IFN-α concentration increased with dosage of Poly I∶C microcapsule in a limited range,while IFN-α level decreased over the dosage of 0.2 mg·kg^-1.Poly I∶C microcapsule administration displayed obvious effect on improvement of cell immunity but no effect on adjusting humoral immunity.
