阴道念珠菌病患者与性伴侣白念珠菌分离株基因相似性分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用RAPD技术对分离自初发型、复发型外阴阴道念珠菌病患者及其男性生殖器部位的白念珠菌,进行基因分型及相似性分析,探讨性接触传染在外阴阴道念珠菌病反复发作中的作用机制。结果表明:复发型组性伴侣带菌率明显高于初发型组(P<0.05)。RAPD基因分型及相似性分析表明:复发型组患者与其性伴侣分离株的基因相似系数(SAB)以及初发型组患者与其性伴侣分离株SAB分别为0.907±0.300和0.879±0.263,而不同个体间的白念珠菌分离株(SAB)为0.647±0.153。证明外阴阴道念珠菌病患者及其性伴侣白念珠菌分离株基因高度相似,性接触传染在外阴阴道念珠菌病反复发作过程中可能起着重要的作用。 To genotype and assess the genetic similarity of Candida albicans strains isolated from vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC),recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC) and their partners by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and to investigate whether sexual transmission could be responsible for recurrent infections or not,the genetic similarity of isolates was analyzed.Results: Total 67 couples were recruited including 37 VVC patients and 30 RVVC patients and their male partners.Candida strains could be isolated from 9 of 37 male partners in group VVC and 21 of 30 male partners in group RVVC.There was a significant difference in the Candida culture-positive rate(P〈0.05) of male partners between the two groups of VVC and RVVC.Genotyping by RAPD and analogous analysis showed that the mean similarity coefficients(SAB) value of C.albicans strain-pairs from couples in group RVVC and VVC were 0.907±0.300 and 0.879±0.263 respectively.The mean SAB values of C.albicans isolated from different patients was 0.647±0.153.The colonization of C.albicans in sexual partner might play an important role in the recurrence of VVC.
