摘要
以稻草降解率为指标,以稻草粉为唯一碳源,从霉变的稻草、麦秸、枯枝烂叶等天然纤维素中分离获得一批天然纤维素降解菌,并从中筛选出1株对稻草降解能力较强的真菌。根据对其形态鉴定和18S rDNA序列分析发现,该菌株与烟曲霉(Aspergillus f umigatus)的同源性为100%,将该菌株命名为XC6。XC6对稻草纤维素、半纤维素及稻草总降解率分别为72%、93%及84%。
A batch of strains were isolated from such lignocellulose as moldy rice-straw,wheat-straw and deadwood and leaves by using the degradation rate of ricestraw as index.One fungi that could degrade rice-straw relatively completely was obtained.The morphological identification and 18S rDNA sequences analysis showed that the homology of the strain was identical to that of Aspergillus fumigatus,named it as strain XC6.Degradation rate of strain XC6 of cellulose,hemicellulose and rice straw reached 72%,93%,84% respectively.
