摘要
以从油菜菌核病菌感染的油菜茎秆上分离得到的广谱性拮抗菌枯草芽孢杆菌为研究对象,克隆了该菌B-FS01鞭毛蛋白FCD基因片段,其序列长为952 bp(GenBank登录号为EF362756)。根据FCD序列同源性分析,B-FS01属于以DB9011菌株为代表的亚组,而该亚组菌株普遍具有抗真菌活性。平板抑菌活性试验表明,B-FS01对小麦赤霉病菌具有较好的拮抗活性,高分辨率质谱分析发现其可能产生一些脂肽类抗菌物质。
In this study,the gene coded FCD(flagellin central domain) of Bacillus subtilis B-FS01 was cloned and contained 952 bp(GenBank accession number: EF362756).Based on the FCD sequence,strain B-FS01 could be classified into the DB9011 type subgroup,in which most strains showed antifungal activities.It was found that strain B-FS01 could inhibit some pathogenic fungi such as Fusarium graminearum on the media,and the antifungal substance from the culture was identified as lipopeptide-like compounds by highresolution MS.
