Study on the pathogens of rice bakanae disease in Jiangsu

摘要 从江苏13个地区采集677份水稻恶苗病标本,分离获得548个单孢菌株。参照Booth分类系统,这些菌株被鉴定为6种镰刀菌,其中串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium monilif orme)占60.8%,其他分别为雪腐镰刀菌(F.nivale)、半裸镰刀菌(F.semitectum)、禾谷镰刀菌(F.graminearum)、砖红镰刀菌(F.lateritium)和尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)。不同地区病害样本上镰刀菌种类及其比例存在一定差异。接种试验表明,串珠镰刀菌是水稻恶苗病的主要致病菌,其他镰刀菌均不能引起典型的徒长症状或不致病。 Six hundred and seventy seven samples of rice bakanae disease were collected from thirteen areas of Jiangsu Province,China and five hundred and fourty eight strains were obtained by single conidium isolation.According to the Booth's classification of Fusarium these strains were identified to be 6 species,F.moniliforme,60.8%;F.nivale,14.8%;F.semitectum,6.9%;F.graminearum,6.8%;F.lateritium,6.2%;F.oxysporum,4.5%.There were some differences in Fusarium species isolated from the disease samples among different areas.The inoculation result showed that F.moniliforme was the predominant pathogen causing rice bakanae disease,while other five species could not cause typical "bakanae" symptom or was not pathogenic on rice seedlings.
