摘要
岗位设置管理工作是高职院校深化人事制度改革、完善聘用制用人机制、实施人才强校战略的重要组成部分.高职院校在多方筹措资金进行院校硬件建设的同时,应充分利用高职院校进行岗位设置管理制度改革的机遇,结合自身的办学特色,坚持以人为本的办学理念,注意解决好用人机制、分配机制的配套问题,并努力做好教职工的思想发动和观念转变工作,通过建立健全高职院校岗位设置管理制度,实施聘用制人事制度改革,实现高职院校人事管理的科学化、规范化、制度化,提升教师队伍整体素质,促进高职教育事业的健康发展.
The post setting management is the important part of deepening the reform of personnel system, perfecting the em- ploymentmechanism, andimplementing the strategy of reinvigorating college through human resource development. While vocational colleges arc undertaking the hardware construction with financing in different ways, they should make full use of the reform opportunity of the post setting, combine with their own characteristic, persist the humanist idea, pay attention to the solution of personnel mechanism and assignment mechanism, and improve teachers' and administrative staffs thought, through the establishing the perfect post setting management at vocational colleges, undertake the personnel system reform, realize the scientific, standardized and institutionalized personnel management, promote the overall quality of teacher team, and promote the healthy devclopment of quality education.
