高职学生职业能力的培养已经成为各高职院校教育教学的目标.根据长期对应用电子技术专业学生培养的实践与探索,总结出实境训练模式,并对该模式中校内外各种模拟和真实实境训练环节进行了分析、介绍.

Developing students＇ professional ability has been the teaching goal for each vocational college. According to the long-term practice and the exploration on the students in electronical major, the thesis sums up a situational training model, introduces and analyzes the link of the imitating and the real situational training.
