摘要
用四川紫草为原料,95%乙醇作提取溶剂,研究紫草素的提取工艺.结果表明,提取紫草素的最优工艺条件:温度50℃;时间2小时;料液比7mL95%乙醇/g四川紫草;提取次数为3次.此工艺生产成本较低,操作简单安全,适于工业化生产.
With the Sichuan gromwell as raw material, the 95% ethyl alcohol as the extraction solvent, the extraction process of shikonin from Sichuan gromwell was studied. The results show that the optimal conditions are that the temperature of shikonin extraction is 50~C, the time of shikonin extraction is 2 h, the rate of solid and liquid is 7mL 95% ethyl alcohol/g Sichuan gromwell, the extraction times is 3. Under these conditions, taking the 95% ethyl alcohol as the extraction solvent, has features of with low cost, easy operation and high safety, and is suitable for industrialized production.
