摘要
本文有针对性地考察美国研究型大学师资队伍建设,着重研究美国研究型大学在教师选拔、任用、激励和约束方面遇到的问题,如近亲繁殖、评价指标、轻教学重科研、激励机制等,并研究美国研究型大学在解决这些问题时所采用的措施及其经验。
The paper explores the construction of teaching staff in American research university purposefully and investigates some problems such as inbreeding, evaluation index, paying more attention on research than teaching, incentive mechanism and so on during faculty selection, appointment, incentiveness and restriction. Moreover, the paper discusses the measures and experience when American research university resolves the above problems.
