县域经济与金融支持问题研究——基于湛江市县域经济的实证

Empirical Research on Financial Support in the Economic Growth of Zhanjiang

对湛江市的县域经济与金融支持关系的实证研究发现,不论在长期还是短期,储蓄率与经济增长率之间都存在负相关关系;在长期内存贷比与经济增长之间有正相关关系,在短期内贷存比对经济增长的促进作用不明显。县域金融体系的构成和资金的逆向流动是造成这种现象的根本原因。为了实现金融与经济的协同发展效应,最佳选择是加大对县域经济的金融支持力度,具体做法上首先要完善县域金融体系。

Empirical analysis in the relationship between financial support and county＇s economic growth of Zhanjiang reveals negative correlation exists between the saving rate and economic growth rate, both in the long term and short term. The ratio of deposit to loan shows positive correlation with economic growth in the long term, but that correlation go fade in the short term. Constitution of county financial system and reverse flows of fund are main reasons for this phenomenon. In order to achieve the financial and economic co-development effect, the best choice is to strengthen the county＇s financial support to the economy, first of all on the specific approach to improving the county＇s financial system.
