摘要
通过对329名新疆地区汉族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族中学教师进行情感指数量表与艾森克人格问卷调查发现:新疆地区各民族教师总体主观幸福感水平较高;城市教师的生活满意度显著高于农村教师;在情感指数维度与总体主观幸福感上存在民族差异,维族与哈族教师高于汉族教师;人格因素存在民族差异性;人格各维度对主观幸福感有显著的预测作用.
A questionnaire about the index of feelings and EPQ is conducted among 329 middle school teachers of different nationalities in Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region to collect information about the relations between subjective sense of happiness and personality. The results show that the middle school teachers of different nationalities in Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region have a higher subjective sense of happiness. The life satisfaction of the urban areas is distinctly higher than that of the rural areas, As for the index of general feelings and subjective sense of happiness, the Han nationality is lower than Uigur nationality and Kazak nationality. There are significant differences on personality among different nationalities. And personality of different dimensions can predict subjective sense of happiness remarkably.
