高压下烧结温度对金刚石复合片耐磨性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章恒定合成压力,在不同的烧结温度和不同的烧结时间合成金刚石复合片,并测定磨耗比。随后在750℃空气下处理后再测磨耗比。通过检测发现:磨耗比随着烧结温度的升高先增大后减小。不同的烧结时间合成的金刚石复合片也有类似的变化规律。低温下或短时间内合成的复合片高温处理后磨耗比反而增大,而高温或长时间合成的反而减少。因此认为在T 4温度下烧结13min是本实验最合理的烧结工艺。对于不完全烧结的金刚石复合片高温处理后磨耗比的增大可能是二次再烧结的原因。 In the paper, polycrystalline diamond compacts (PDC) were synthesized under different sintering temperature and time by invariable pressure and their wear resistance were tested. After treatment at 750℃ in air, wear resistance of these PDC were tested again. The experiment results show that the G-ratio increase first and then decrease with sintering temperature increasing. Similar results are obtained by different sintering time. The best technology in this experimentation is to sinter 13 minutes at temperature T4. The second sintering in air improve wear resistance of insufficient srntering PDC .
