摘要
采用正交试验设计,以叶绿素含量和感官评价为依据,测定了氮、磷、钾不同肥料组合对草坪质量的影响。分别采用极差分析法和方差分析法对试验结果进行了分析,结果表明,氮、磷、钾最佳组合为尿素(0kg/hm2)+磷酸二铵(125kg/hm2)+硝酸钾(130.4kg/hm2),各元素的贡献大小顺序为磷>钾>氮。相关性分析表明,投入资金与叶绿素含量和感官评价存在显著的正相关性,综合经济效益分析,施尿素68.3kg/hm2+磷酸二铵125kg/hm2+硝酸钾43.5 kg/hm2最为适合,在保证草坪质量的同时需投入897.94元/hm2。
Orthogonal design was used to determine the effect of combinations of N, P and K on chlorophyll content and sensory evaluation in Poa pratensis. Experimental data were analyzed with ANOVA and range analysis. The results showed that the best fertilizer combination was CH4 ON2 (0kg/hm2) + (NH4)2 HPO4 (125 kg/hm2 ) + K2 NO3 (130. 4kg/hm2), and the effect sequence was P~ K~ N. ANOVA indicated that there was significant positive corre- lation between input and chlorophyll content and sensory evaluation, and analysis of general economic benefit showed that the best fertilizer combination was CH4ON2 (68. 3kg/hm2 ) + (NH4)2HPO4 (125 kg/hm2 ) + KNOa (43. 5 kg/hm2 ), the input to keep the quality of lawn was 897. 94 RMB/hm2.
