摘要
摘要:对库布齐沙地不同生境下土壤微生物细菌、真菌、放线菌、自身固氮菌数量进行研究,结果表明,不同菌种之间表现为细菌最多,其次是自身固氮菌、放线菌,最后是真菌。土壤微生物数量垂直分布顺序是5~10cm〉2~5cm〉10~20cm〉O~2cm。在土壤有无结皮不同样地间微生物数量排列顺序是固定沙地藓结皮〉半固定沙地藻结皮〉固定沙地无结皮〉半固定沙地无结皮〉流动沙地无结皮〉固定沙地藻结皮。4种微生物数量的季节变化为夏季是秋季的2.25倍,是冬季的26.13倍,秋季是冬季的11.64倍。关键词:库布齐沙地;土壤微生物;数量中图分类号:S154.
The quantity of bacteria, epiphyte, ray fungi,azotobacter of soil microorganisms in different habi- tats on Kubuqi sandyland was studied. The results showed that the bacteria amount was the most, second- ly azotobacter, ray fungi, finally epiphyte. The vertical distribution of soil microorganism amount was 5 10cm〉2-Scm〉10-20cm〉0-2cm. The soil microorganism amount arrangement at different test plot and the test plot with or no fur was fixed sandyland with moss crust〉half fixed sandyland with algae cruse 〉fixed sandyland with no crust〉half fixed sandyland with no crust〉flow sandyland with no crust〉fixed sandyland with algae crust. The seasonal distribution of four kinds of soil microorganism was that the summer's amount was the most and was 2.25 times of autumn's, was 26.13 times of winter's ,the autumn's was 11.64 times of the winter's.
