摘要 羽衣甘蓝为一二年生草本植物,喜冷凉气候,极耐寒,可忍受多次短暂的霜冻,耐热性也很强,生长势强,栽培容易,在中国北方地区秋末、冬、早春可利用保护地生产以满足周年供应,在甘蓝不能供应的季节中仍能上市以补充市场空白,作为一种高营养、
