摘要
生物学是一门实验性科学,科学规范的操作程序和方法是保证实验成功的关键。但是,实验方法的多变性、思维方式的多向性、材料用具的多样性决定了每个实验的设计不是不可变更的。结合有关理论和教学实践经验具体分析了教材中"观察植物细胞的有丝分裂"和"叶绿体中色素的提取和分离"两实验的不足之处,对降低两实验的难度和提高实验的可行性及如何具体改进做了初步的探讨。
In the experiments of the rural middle schools, we often have some problems such as the shortage of the medicines and equipment, the lack of the technology etc. So some improvements in the experiments should be made. The paper discusses the improvements in the experiments of the mitosis of the plant cell division and the collection and separation of the pigment in the chloroplasts in the text books of the senior middle schools, which lower the difficulties and raise the feasibility of the experiments.
