甘露醇溶液口服用于妇科术前肠道准备的临床研究

Mannitol applied research of cleaning intestinal before gynecologic surgery

目的观察口服甘露醇在妇科手术前肠道清洁中的作用效果。方法取230例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察两组各自不清洁人数、所需时间、排便次数、术后首次排血便人数和术后排气时间。结果观察组不清洁人数为1例,所需时间短,术后首次排血便为1例次,明显优于对照组。结论在掌握好适应证的情况下,口服甘露醇清洁肠道是一种较为理想的清洁肠道的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of mannitol in the use of cleaning intestinal before gyneco- logic sergery. Methods 230 cases were randomized to observation group and control group,we calulated and recorded the counts of patients whose intestine was uncleaning, the counts of defecation, the counts of patients with firstly bloody stool after the operation, the time form drinking the mannitol to the intestine cleaned and postoperative evacuation time. Results One patient in the observation group was with uncleaning intestine, one patient was with firstly bloody stool and the total time of intestine cleaning was shorter. All the above are superior to the control group. Conclusion With the well control of indications, drinking mannitol is an ideal ways of cleaning enema before gynecotogic surgery.
