湿润烧伤膏在包皮环切术术后的临床疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察湿润烧伤膏(美宝,MEBO)在包皮环切手术后的临床疗效。方法对14例尿道外口狭窄行包皮环切术后,应用MEBO纱条外敷包扎。结果14例患者2周后切口全部愈合,随访3～6个月,排尿通畅,F20号尿道探子顺利通过,最大尿流率≥20ml/s。结论MEBO外用治疗尿道外口狭窄疗效显著。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO after circumcision of adherent prepuce. Methods 14 patients with adherent prepuce were treated locally with MEBO after receiving circumcision. Results 14 were cured. The wounds healed in one week. Conclusion MEBO is effective in treating wounds after circumcision.
