While promoting social development, the progress of information technology also brings the disabled with great opportunities and challenges. This article introduces to the visually impaired the basic structure, module design, page navigation setup and learning resource building of the barrier-free net course. By using this system and further increasing people in the application of the net course, the disable can truly acquire knowledge on the same level as the normal people do.
