在中国,公司治理的研究历史并不长,但却成为企业界、学术界和政府部门重点关注的一个热点或焦点。情况之所以有如此大的变化,大概就是因为在我国建立和完善现代企业制度的过程中暴露出诸多的问题,正是这些问题揭示出公司治理是关乎现代企业制度建设成败的大问题和真问题。

The United States Maritime Conference was held on February 9,1948 in Geneva. At this conference,the Convention to establish the Intergovernmental Maritime Consultative Organization(IMCO) was approved on March 6,and the Convention went into effect on March 17,1958. Today,the influence of the International Maritime Organization has reached every corner of the global maritime industry. It is impossible to undertake international shipping business without conforming to the conventions and regulations of the IMO.
