中国房地产市场存在经济泡沫但并非泡沫经济

摘要 从经济泡沫和泡沫经济概念的区别入手,对比了美、泰、日三国房地产泡沫经济的原因及其特点,得出我国房地产市场并不符合泡沫经济,不会出现明显的"破裂"或"猛跌"的结论。说明我国房地产出现的泡沫是由真实需求支撑的一般性泡沫,表现的是供需两旺的态势。 Starting with the differences between the economic foam and the bubble economy and contrasting the bubble economy of real estate in United States, Thailand and the Japan which cause the economic crisis, a conclusion can be included that in our country real estate market is not accorded with the period characteristics of the bubble economy and will not appear obviously "breaking" or "fiercely falling", instead it is general foam propelled up by the true need, performing prosperous supply and demand.
