香港特别行政区法院对《基本法》的解释权是全国人大常委会授予的,具有非固有性、从属性和被动性,并且其享有的《基本法》解释权是有范围限制的。另外,和内地法院的法律解释权相比,其性质、效力和主体也不相同。
