摘要
从"我用"优质资源的早期电大,到"共建"优质资源的中期电大,再到"用我"优质资源的评估后电大的资源建设展望,回顾了30年电大的发展历程,分析了各个时期制约电大发展的因由,探究了电大下一个发展期的核心要素——内涵发展的路径。
In this article, thirty - year history of TV is reviewed from "Self -using" high quality resource at the primary stage to "Construct - together" resource at the middle stage to "Using -myself" resource after evaluation. Basing on this the reason restricted the development of CRTVU is analysed and the key factor is explored in the next period : the method of connotative development.
