A Financial Affairs Information System Based on Windows Platform are devoleped. The system conforms to standards of the devolepment of finacial affairs softwares such as The Standard of Business Accounting Software's Basic Functions, which was laid down by the Treasury Department of the PRC. The system has some advanced properties and some advantages such as higher beginnings,overaller functions and friendly interface. This paper gives an introduction to the design and realization techniques of the software′s kernel modulethe Accounts Processing System.
