摘要
坪北油田针对油田常规分层注水工艺普遍存在封隔器密封有效期短、注水管柱蠕动、投捞测试成功率不高、分层计量不准等问题,特别是对斜井、小排量的分层注水工艺难题进行了攻关,研制出了油套分注工艺技术,较好的解决了一级两层分层注水问题,提高了分层注水有效率,使地质配注方案能得以准确有效的实施,对提高油田注水开发效果,控水稳油、维持油田稳产高产起到了良好作用,取得了良好的经济效益。
Aiming at such problems as packers with a short validity period, peristaltic water injection tubes, low-success-rate putting--fishing test and inaccurate stage measurement in regular oilfield stage water injection technology, especially at the puzzler of stage water injection of small displacement and slant holes, Pingbei Oilfield develops oil casing stage injection technology, which better solves the problems of stage injection concerning one--stage--and --two--layer and enhances the efficiency of stage water injection, thus ensuring the correct and effective implementation of geological injection plan. The technology plays a good role in promoting the oilfield development by water injection, controlling water and stabilizing oil, maintaining stable and increasing oilfield production and obtaining good economical results.
