利用浮式生产储油船中央控制系统实现关断设备的自动化控制

摘要 利用单点液压泵控制四台单点液压关断阀,由于没有进行一体化的自动化控制,造成液压泵、四台关断阀在油气田断电后需要手动复位的问题。合理利用油气田原有设施和条件,通过对现有控制系统进行开发和改造利用,渤中BZ28—1油气田利用浮式生产储油船中央控制系统二次开发对关断设备自动化控制,实践表明,改造的方式节约了开发成本和开发时间,降低了人员作业风险,缩短了关断恢复时间,生产流程不稳等问题也得到了圆满的解决,生产效率有了较大的提高。 Using a single point hydraulic pump to control four single point hydraulic shutdown valves results in the problem of their manual control reset after oil/gas field power cut for lack of the integration of automatic control. In order to rationally use existing oil/gas field facilities and conditions, Bozhong BZ28--1 oil/gas field developed and upgraded the existing control system, and used FPSO central control system to automatically control shutdown equipments through secondary development. The practice shows that the upgrading way saves development costs and development time, reduces the risk of operating staff and shortens the recovery time of shutdown. Also, the production flow instability and other issues have been satisfactorily resolved and production efficiency has been greatly improved.
