地震灾害中颅脑损伤的救治

Rescue and Treatment of Craniocerebral Injury Caused by Earthquake

四川省汶川大地震造成大量的伤亡,其中很大部分是由于颅脑损伤所致,颅脑损伤死亡率和致残率居全身各处创伤之首,很多颅脑损伤病人是由于救治不及时或方法不得当而造成严重后果。笔者研究了国内外颅脑损伤救治的原则和经验,并结合地震灾害的特殊性,提出了类似灾害中颅脑损伤的救治方法。

Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province caused a lot of death and injury, the majority of them were craniocerebral injuries, which was the first reason of disability and mortality in trauma of the whole body. Many patients with craniocerebral injuries had bad outcomes, because the rescue and treatment were not in time or the treatment was not suitable. In this review, considering the particularity of earthquake, we discussed the rescue and treatment of craniocerebral injury in similar natural disasters, just like earthquake, according to the principles and experiences about rescue and treatment summarized at home and abroad.
