月桂酸钝化处理镀镍层的最佳条件为:月桂酸2g/L,pH8,70℃,1min.XPS和AES分析结果表明,月桂酸防变色膜的元素组成(A.C.%)为:C74.0,O17.3,Ni8.7.
From comparison of the antitarnish effects of various antitarnish agents, it was found that the lauric acid was an excellent antitarnish agent for nickelplate. The optimum passivation condition was lauric acid 2 g/L, pH 8, 70℃, 1 min. The results of XPS and AES analyses showed that the elemental composition (A.C.%) of the antitarnish film of lauric acid was C 74.0, O 17.3, Ni 8.7.
