摘要
多元集成式"三合一"广告人才培齐模式是武汉科技学院针对工科院校创办广告学专业的特点,依据自己的办学条件、资源和比较优势所进行的教育改革与创新,它包括多元集成式"三合一"广告人才培养模式理念、"一专三元"因材施教的培养方向定位架构和"1+1+1"的广告学专业毕业设计模式。它具有武汉科技学院的特殊性,是一个实事求是的、创新性的、差异化的产物,强调广告人才知识结构、素质结构与技能结构上的多元集成与交叉融合,以学生为中心,分流培养,创造"适合每个学生的教育",进行研究性学习,是一个系统化的实践性教育创新。
The theory of "3 in 1" advertising personnel education mode is composed of three parts, 1) the philosophy of "3 in 1" advertising personnel education mode; 2) the educational mode of "one major three points" which is based on the philosophy of giving the right people right education; 3) "1+1+1" graduate project mode for advertising major. It was created and developed by Wuhan University of Science and Engineering based on its own teaching condition and recourse. The combination of the knowledge education, quality education and professional skill education was emphasized in this education mode to fulfill the requirements of advertising industry. As a education mode of "giving the proper education to every student" based on the requirements of advertising industry, "3 in 1" advertising personnel education mode is considered as a systematic educational creation.
