人类面临着有限常规能源和环境破坏严重的双重压力,己经成为越来越值得关注的社会与环境问题。近年来,光伏市场快速发展并取得可喜的成就。本文主要就太阳能电池及关键材料,以及对各类太阳能电池的原理及发展状况进行详细阐述,并对太阳能电池及其关键材料的市场发展方向进行了展望。
People are facing with two pressures, namely, limited conventional energy and serious environmental contamination, which become huge social and environmental problem calling more and more attentions. In recent years, photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly, and has obstained encouraging achievement. The solar cell and correlative key material were studied. It also elaborates the principle and development of the various solar cells. In addition, it gives the further outlook for the solar cell and correlative key material markets.
