摘要
采用4-溴苯并环丁烯和双酚A合成了一种含芳醚结构的双苯并环丁烯单体,通过DSC测试分析了该单体的固化行为。由该单体经加热固化后得到了一种新型的苯并环丁烯树脂,分析测试了该树脂的热性能、力学性能、电性能和吸水率,结果表明该树脂具有高的耐热稳定性、低的介电常数和吸水率,是一种综合性能优异的热固性树脂。
A novel benzocyclobutene (BCB) monomer containing ether structure was synthesized from 4-bromoBCB and bisphenol A. The cure behavior of this monomer was evaluated by DSC in detail. At elevated temperatures, a novel BCB resin was achieved, which exhibited excellent combined thermal stability, moisture resistance and high electrical properties as well as low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor.
