PVC热稳定剂的微胶囊化工艺研究

摘要 以PVC为囊壁材料,水滑石、钙/锌复合热稳定剂为囊芯材料,制备了高效、环保的PVC复合热稳定剂微胶囊,并探讨了该微胶囊的最佳制备工艺。结果表明,所制备的微胶囊固含量为15%,当搅拌速度为600r/min,搅拌时间为160min,溶剂四氢呋喃与非溶剂乙二醇的比为5∶3,乳化剂Span80的量为3%,所得微胶囊结构紧密、粒径分布100~450μm。该热稳定剂微胶囊具有一定的应用前景。 High Efficient, environment friendly PVC heat stabilizers were prepared by microcapsulation technology using PVC as wall material, water talc and calcium / zinc compound heat stabilizers as core materials. The PVC heat stabilizers' best microcapsulization technics were discussed. The results showed that the solid content of the microcapsules was 15% , when the mixing speed was 600r/min, stirring time was 160min, the ratio of solvent tetrahydrofuran to non-solvent glycol was 5 : 3, the amount of emulsifier Span80 was 3%. Microcapsules with close structure, size distribution 100- 450um were obtained. The mierocapsulation of heat stabilizers had certain application prospect.
