摘要
以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为相变材料基体,活性炭纤维(ACF)为骨架支承材料,采用物理共混法制备了宏观表现为固-固相变的复合物。采用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、高温综合热分析仪对所得复合物进行了表征。实验结果表明,当HDPE/ACF质量比低于100∶15时,所得复合物宏观上表现为固-固相变;随着HDPE/ACF质量比的增加,复合物相变焓增加;加入活性炭纤维,可提高材料的热稳定性。
The preparation and characterization of novel solid-solid phase change materials by blending was studied. The main materials were high density polyethylene and active carbon fiber. The composites were characterized by SEM, DSC and TG. The results indicated that the composites showed solid-solid phase change properties when the weight ratio of HDPE and ACF was lower than 100 : 15. The values of phase change enthalpies increased with the increasing weight ratio of HDPE and ACF. The thermo-stability of phase change materials increased after adding active carbon fiber.
