摘要
分析隔热原理,并在傅立叶传热定律的基础上,简化传热模型。玻璃微珠有增强隔热的作用,其传热性能主要与它的性能和成膜物的组成有关,分析了玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石、膨胀蛭石、矿岩棉等填料的填充量,涂层厚度对隔热性能的影响,并结合实验验证了隔热效果,同时比较了滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、高岭土、膨润土等填料对拉伸强度性能的影响。
The thermal insulation theory was analyzed. Based on the Fourier heat transfer law, the heat transfer model was simplified. Glass bead can increase the thermal insulation, The heat transfer capability had something to do with the characters of glass bead and the constitutes of the organic film. The results showed that the film thickness and filled quantity of the different fillers could affect the heat insulation, such as expanded perlite, sepiolite, expanded vermiculite, rock cotton and the effect was validated by experiment. At the same time the different tensile strengths affected by the different fillers were compared, for example , talcum powder, groud calcium carbonate, kaoline, bentonite etc.
