摘要
考察上海市部分幼儿园开展非学前教育专业教师的园本培训现状发现:目前相关的园本培训主要有师徒带教、教研组活动和俱乐部等,这些培训具有一定的实用性和针对性,也存在一些问题。需要创新管理机制以激发非学前教育专业教师参与培训的积极性,同时可以通过构建幼儿园基地培训网络模式和引进教师专业发展学校模式提高幼儿园的培训能力。
There have been many kinds of way about how to train non-preschool education major teachers in kindergarten, such as master-apprentice connection, teach and research group and club. To improve the ability of training, kindergarten should stimulant these teachers to join into the training, build the network of school-based and something like PDS.
