牙哈凝析气田腐蚀状况及对策

CORROSION STATUS AND COUNTERMEASURE OF THE YAHA CONDENSATE GAS FIELD

牙哈凝析气田具有流体复杂、地层压力高等特点,从2002年开始,气田逐渐开始出现管线及法兰的刺漏现象,井下采气管柱、采气树阀门、集气管线等腐蚀严重,腐蚀范围涵盖了从井下到地面的各个环节。针对牙哈凝析气田日趋严重的腐蚀问题,对气田井下管柱、采气树阀门、集气管线、地面容器、水冷器以及暖气输水管线等腐蚀情况进行了调研,分析了牙哈凝析气田的腐蚀机理,对该气田采用的防腐方法进行了详细分析、对比,为今后类似油气田防腐措施的实施提供了参考依据。

The Yaha condensate gas field is featured by complex fluids and high formation pressure.Since 2002,the pipelines and flanges of the gas field started to have piercing-caused leakage failure.The downhole gas production strings,christmas tree valves and gas gathering pipelines were badly eroded.From downhole to ground facilities,corrosion is everywhere.To deal with the increasing serious corrosion problems,investigations were carried out on the downhole strings,christmas tree valves,gas gathering pipelines,containers on the ground,water coolers and water transmission lines of the heating system,etc.The paper studied the corrosion mechanism of the Yaha condensate gas field and drew comparison between different anti-corrosion methods used in this gas field.It will provide reference for the implementation of anti-corrosion measures of similar oil and gas fields.
