天然气集输工艺系统具有操作压力高、易燃、易爆等特点,为确保集输工艺系统的安全运行,将天然气生产控制在安全的范围内,预防事故发生,正确设置天然气集输井站安全系统十分重要。从设计和生产管理的角度对天然气集输井站安全系统设置进行了论述,分析了集输工艺系统安全的基本要求以及在集输井站安全系统设置中应注意的问题,对天然气集输井站安全系统设置具有一定的指导意义,特别是对当前开展的天然气地面集输系统安全隐患整改工作具有现实意义。

The natural gas gathering and transmission system is operated under high pressure and so it will easily cause fire or explosion for failure of function.In order to ensure this system work in safe way,preventing potential accidents from happening,operators will think highly on how to install a safety device unit in this system in a proper way.Through analysis on the safety set from its design and operation management,this paper points out the basic requirement for this safety unit and the issues to be considered,which provide reference for the engineers to install the safety unit at the natural gas gathering and transmission stations,especially to reform the safety works on fields.
