本文研究了输油站石油运输管道进行了清管系统的分析与设计,分析了采用PLC控制的合理性,PLC程序的编制实现了清管器在管道中自动清蜡的控制功能,系统设计完成后,经过实验,能够满足石油运输管道中清理管道的控制要求。该系统具有一定的实际应用价值。

According to a practical project, this article analyzed and designed the PIG control system of the pumping stating, using PLC and other measuring instruments. It really achieved the measurement and control in the locale with the program of PLC completing the automation control. All the programs of PLC are run and tested on the PLC so that it is available to apply this system into the practical project.
