摘要
考虑丙酮精制系统的特点,在原塔基础上采用规整金属丝网波纹填料与筛板相结合的方法对原塔进行了技术改造。改造后丙酮产品纯度≥99.7(质量)%,塔釜液中丙酮含量≤0.5(质量)%。。
Considering the conditions of the original tower and the characteristics of acetone distillation process, metal screen structure packings and sieve plates were used. After revamping, the purity of acetone products is ≥99 7%, the content of acetone in bottom stream is ≤0 5%(by weight).
