摘要
助跑单脚起跳属于速度-力量型运动,速度素质和爆发性用力的能力对跳跃起着决定性的作用。助跑单脚起跳技术包括:起跳脚着地支撑、缓冲阶段,再到蹬伸离地。而髋关节的最大力量决定着着地支撑技术的稳定性,决定了起跳效果的好坏,同时此部位也较容易发生损伤,所以本实验以篮球运动的三步上篮最后一步的单脚起跳为例,通过等速肌力测试着重对起跳腿髋关节肌群作评定,从而进一步探讨经常助跑单脚起跳篮球运动员容易造成髋关节损伤的机理进行生物力学分析。
