饮用水中二氯乙烯的顶空大口径毛细管气相色谱测定法

摘要 目的建立生活饮用水中1,1-二氯乙烯、反式及顺式1,2-二氯乙烯的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法。方法水中的微量二氯乙烯经顶空提取后,应用DB-624大口径毛细管色谱柱采用程序升温方式进行CC分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果1,1-二氯乙烯、反式1,2-二氯乙烯、顺式1,2-二氯乙烯的线性范围分别为0.07~12.1、0.40~77.8、0.53~119μg/L,检出限分别为0.02、0.12、0.16μg/L,水样加标回收率为104%~114%,RSD为8.0%~11.8%。结论该法操作简便、灵敏度高,是检测水中二氯乙烯含量的有效方法。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 1, 1-dichloroethylene and 1, 2-dichloroethylene in drinking water with headspace gas chromatography. Methods Dichloroethylene in the water was extracted by headspace technology, then analyzed with DB-624 capillary column. In the same time,dichloroethylene was determined with GC by controlling the temperature. The retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis, while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The linear range for 1, 1-dichloroethylene, 1, 2-dichloroethylene, trans-1, 2-dichloroethylene was 0.07-12.1, 0.40-77.8 and 0.53-119 ug/L respectively. The lowest detection limit was 0.02, 0.12, 0.16 ug/L respectively, the rate of recovery was 104%-114%, and RSD was 8.0%-11.8%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and applicable to the determination of dichloroethylene in drinking water.
