摘要
对挖掘机斗杆在不同工况条件下的受力状况进行了分析,并通过测试,将15MnV和HQ80钢动态力学性能进行了对比,认为斗杆早期脆断是由所用材料动态断裂特性所决定的。测试结果证明:HQ80钢抗脆断能力优于15MnV钢。
The stressed state of excavator bucket rod under different working conditions is analyzed, the dynamic mechanical properties of 15MnV and HQ80 steel are compared by testing, it is found that early fracture of the bucket rod is decided by bynamis fracture charac-terisitics of used material. The test result shows that the capability of HQ80 steel to resist brittle fracture is superior to 15MnV steel.
