摘要
本文对目前采用的有机废气催化燃烧的热量反馈进行了分析,表明废气浓度y的增加将会导致催化床进口废气温度τ_2升高,如果τ_2远大于系统所限定的最高起燃温度(τ_(2max)≤350℃),则会使系统的正常热平衡破坏。本文还对催化燃烧系统中热量反馈的控制方法进行了分析,对控制方法的原理和过程作了详细阐述。
This paper deals with the problem of heat feedback and safe control in catalytic combustion of organic waste gas. The increase of gas concentration will lead to the increase of temperature in catalyst bed entrance. If ignition temperature is higher than 350℃, normal heat equilibrium will be destroyed. The authors have concluded that in order to guarantee safety of the system, concentration of waste gas entering into the catalyst bed should be controlled by means of continuous quantative detection of the gas.
