抗凋亡基因bcl-2在EB病毒相关性鼻咽癌中的表达

Expression of bcl 2 gene in EB virus associated nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的：探讨抗凋亡基因ｂｃｌ－２与鼻咽癌发生及与ＥＢ病毒感染的关系。方法：应用ＰＣＲ技术和免疫组化ＳＰ法检测４６例鼻咽癌组织中ＥＢ病毒ＤＮＡ和抗凋亡基因ｂｃｌ－２的表达。结果：３７例ＥＢ病毒ＤＮＡ阳性病例中３１例出现ｂｃｌ－２表达（８３．８％），９例ＥＢ病毒ＤＮＡ阴性病例中有７例呈ｂｃｌ－２阳性反应（７７．８％），两组间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：ｂｃｌ－２基因在鼻咽癌中的异常高表达与ＥＢ病毒的感染无明显关系。

Purpose In order to study the relation among bcl 2, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and EB virus. Methods 46 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were examined to observe the EB virus DNA and bcl 2 protein expression with PCR and immunohistochemistry technique. Results Bcl 2 protein was demonstrated in 31/37 (83 8%) EB virus positive and 7/9(77 8%) EB virus negative cases. Conclusions No close correlation between the presence of EB virus DNA and bcl 2 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is found.
