摘要 单元机组协调控制系统(CCS)作为汽轮机调速器的上位控制,对汽轮机的调节效果影响显著。文中对CCS中的关键环节进行了适度简化,建立了适应电力系统稳定仿真要求的CCS模型,该模型与现有的汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)模型和主汽压力模型一起组成了新的汽轮机调速器模型。为方便仿真分析,在电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)的自定义模型环境下搭建了该调速器模型,并用该模型模拟了实际电力系统中的一次低频事故。仿真结果显示,所提出的调速器模型能准确重现事故时记录的有功功率曲线,表明了汽轮机调速器模型中考虑CCS的必要性和所搭建调速器模型的合理性。 As an upper controller for turbine governor, the coordinated control system (CCS) has significant impact on the regulating characters of a turbine. The key components of CCS model are appropriately simplified to adapt to power system stability simulation needs, and a new turbine governor model, basically consisting of the simplified CCS model, the existing digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH) model and the main steam pressure model, is constructed. Moreover, the proposed governor model is added to the power system analysis package (PSASP) to investigate simulations effectively. For illustration purpose, a low frequency event occurred in North China Power Grid is studied by PSASP using the proposed governor model. The simulation results indicate that the new governor model can produce response which closely fits recorded active power output. This fact shows the necessity to include CCS into governor model and the validity of the proposed governor model.
