对中西部地区农民增收问题的思考

Reflection on Farmer’s Income Increase in the Central and Western Regions

农民增收是扩大内需、保证粮食安全、实现农业现代化的关键。中西部地区在改革开放30年来实现的跨越式的发展,从豫西南的苏曹营村可见一斑。同时中西部地区农民增收也面临着诸多困境,需要通过深层次改革和发展加以解决。

The increase of peasant’s income is the key to expanding domestic demand, ensuring the grain security, realizing agricultural modernization. Both the central and the western part of China have gained great success in the past 30 years since the opening up policy with great-leapforward development which can be seen from Su Caoying, a village located in the southwest of Henan province. Meanwhile, the increase in peasants’ income is also confronted with many problems, which should be solved through deep reform and development, together with the advancing of the building of new socialist countryside and taking the initiative of exploring the new way of increasing the income of peasants in central and western parts of China.
